Email support@riftwell.dev for anything to do with an application we publish — a problem, a question, a request, or a report that something is wrong.

Or call 314-690-8330 during business hours: Monday–Friday, 10:00–15:00, Central Time (US). Outside those hours, email is faster.

Support is provided in English.

What helps us help you

A first reply is quicker when a message carries these. None of them is required.

Which application, and the version shown on its About or Settings screen
The device and operating system version
What you expected to happen, and what happened instead
The steps that produce it, if it happens more than once
A screenshot, if the problem is something you can see
Whether you were signed in at the time

Please do not send us project files or photographs unless we ask

Most problems are diagnosable without them. If we do need a file to reproduce something, we will ask, we will tell you what we are going to do with it, and we will delete it when the matter is closed.

What to expect from us

We aim to reply to every message within one business day. That is a first response from a person, not an automated acknowledgement — we do not send those.

A first reply is not always a fix. Where something needs a change to the software, we will say so, and say what happens next.

Questions about your information

Requests about personal information — access, correction, or deletion — go to privacy@riftwell.dev so they are handled on the right track and inside the right deadlines.

To delete an account and its data, follow the steps on the account and data deletion page. You do not need the application installed to make that request.
