Your account
One account covers every app. Sign in to see what you have access to, change your password, or close the account entirely.
Signing in
Your account lives at accounts.riftwell.app. Signing in, changing a password and closing an account all happen there, and only there.
A password should be typed in one place, on one address, and this site is not it. Riftwell will never ask for your password on riftwell.dev, in an email, or over the phone — only on accounts.riftwell.app. If you are ever asked anywhere else, it is not us.
What needs an account, and what does not
Every application opens and draws without one. You can start a drawing on a roof with no account, no signal and a dead battery on the phone in your other pocket, and nothing stops you.
An account does one thing: it tells us which applications you are entitled to open. That is the whole of it.
Your work does not pass through an account, and signing in does not move it anywhere. Drawings, models and project files stay on the device that made them. We hold none of them, we have no way to reach them, and closing your account does not touch them.
Access
One account covers every application, at a single level of access — there is nothing to choose between.
Everything is free while the applications are in development. There is no pricing, no checkout and nothing to buy. Access is granted by hand — ask at support@riftwell.dev and we will switch your account on.
Closing your account
You can delete your account yourself, at any time, without asking anyone. Sign in, scroll to Delete account, and confirm by typing your email address.
Deletion is irreversible from the moment you confirm it — there is no grace period and no undo. We complete it on live systems within 7 days, and the last encrypted backup copies age out within 35 days.
What is removed: your sign-in, your profile and the record of what your account was entitled to open. What is not: the drawings on your devices, which we cannot reach.
